You are invited to part two in our electrification webinar series, Eugene Electrification Ordinance: legal and implementation overview. We will be joined by a panel of legal and policy professionals to discuss the broader precedent for electrification ordinances, other cities that have implemented similar policies, and the specifics of Eugene’s legal authority and infeasibility waivers. This webinar is geared toward members of the public, elected officials, and local businesses. All are welcome and we will have time for questions.
